0.2.0: Hello, Overlock

The big rename: kndp is now Overlock. Same project, sharper name.

Breaking changes

• Binary renamed kndp → overlock — install scripts, CI, and any docs referencing the old name need to be updated.
• All commands re-namespaced under overlock.

What's new

• --namespace as a global parameter.
• Issue templates for features and bugs.
• CONTRIBUTING.md added.
• README refreshed for the new identity.
